These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the website of Adam & Claire London, reachable via info@adamclairelondon.com.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Payment Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.

2. Product Information

We do our best to describe products accurately and provide up-to-date information. Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and display quality.

Typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or inaccuracies may occur. No rights can be derived from such errors.

3. Ordering & Payment

Orders will only be processed after full payment has been received.

Available payment methods (such as Shopify Payments, Klarna, PayPal, or Stripe) may vary depending on the customer’s country or region. Customers are responsible for checking which payment methods are available in their location.

4. Processing & Delivery

  • Processing time (dispatch): 1–3 business days

  • Shipping time after dispatch: 1–7 business days, depending on the destination

  • Orders may be shipped directly from our supplier in China, and customs fees may apply

All delivery times are estimates only. Delays caused by busy periods, holidays, shipping carriers, or customs procedures do not entitle the customer to cancellation or a refund.

5. Returns & Cancellations

Please refer to our separate Return Policy for all return conditions.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed, and no refund request or chargeback may be initiated before the item has been received.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping if the tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

Our liability is always limited to a maximum of the purchase amount of the relevant item.

Customers are responsible for carefully checking their shipping details before completing their order.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, branding, and website design, is the property of Adam & Claire London and may not be used, copied, or distributed without prior written permission.

8. Complaints Procedure

Complaints may be submitted in writing via info@adamclairelondon.com.

We aim to respond within 5 business days. For complaints regarding sizing, quality, or damaged items, customers must include clear photos and a description of the issue.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.

Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law states otherwise.
