We do our best to describe products accurately and provide up-to-date information. Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and display quality.
Typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or inaccuracies may occur. No rights can be derived from such errors.
3. Ordering & Payment
Orders will only be processed after full payment has been received.
Available payment methods (such as Shopify Payments, Klarna, PayPal, or Stripe) may vary depending on the customer’s country or region. Customers are responsible for checking which payment methods are available in their location.

5. Returns & Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed, and no refund request or chargeback may be initiated before the item has been received.
6. Liability
We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping if the tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.
Our liability is always limited to a maximum of the purchase amount of the relevant item.
Customers are responsible for carefully checking their shipping details before completing their order.

8. Complaints Procedure
Complaints may be submitted in writing via info@adamclairelondon.com.
We aim to respond within 5 business days. For complaints regarding sizing, quality, or damaged items, customers must include clear photos and a description of the issue.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law states otherwise.
