After processing, the average shipping time is 1–7 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery may be delayed during busy periods, holidays, or due to customs procedures.
3. Shipping Method & Origin
To reduce waste and minimize CO₂ emissions, we ship directly from our supplier in China. Depending on the destination country, customs fees may apply.
Our shipping partners may include PostNL, DHL, UPS, or other international carriers.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout and depend on the weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
5. Tracking Responsibility
Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information through our website and the tracking link provided via email.
Customers are also responsible for checking whether the package will be delivered to their home address or to a pickup point, and for collecting it if necessary.
