Return Policy – Adam & Claire London

At Adam & Claire London, we always strive to keep our customers satisfied. However, we understand that sometimes you may wish to return an item. Below we clearly explain our return policy. If you have any questions or doubts, please contact us first via info@adamclairelondon.com.

1. How We Operate

Adam & Claire London operates using a direct-from-supplier business model. To reduce waste and minimize CO₂ emissions, we do not keep large amounts of stock ourselves. Items that are not in local stock are shipped directly from our supplier, located in China. Therefore, returned items must also be sent to the return address of our supplier in China.

2. Return Period & Request Process

You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your item by contacting us via info@adamclairelondon.com.

Please note:

  • A return request can only be submitted after the item has been physically received.

  • Your return request must include your order number and a valid reason for the return.

  • Once your request has been approved, you will receive the return address of our supplier.

3. Return Conditions

  • A valid reason for return is always required.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Trying on items is allowed; wearing them is not.

  • Discounted or sale items cannot be returned without a valid reason.

  • Intentionally ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.

  • Certain products are excluded from returns for hygiene reasons, including underwear, swimwear, and jewelry, unless unopened and unused.

4. Return Costs & Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees and customs charges.

  • Returned items must be sent to our supplier’s return address in China.

  • Customers are responsible for arranging and tracking their return shipment.

  • We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace. Without proof of shipment, we cannot process the return.

5. Customer-Friendly Alternative Solution

Because international returns can be expensive and time-consuming, we are happy to work with you to find a suitable alternative solution whenever possible, such as a partial refund or discount. These arrangements will always be discussed and agreed upon via email.

6. Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If there is an issue with your order — for example regarding the size, fit, quality, or if you received a damaged or incorrect item — please contact us within 14 days after delivery via email and include:

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A description of the problem

Without photos and a clear description, we cannot process your complaint and there will be no entitlement to a return or refund. Once we receive the required information, we will work quickly to find an appropriate solution.

7. Refunds

Refunds can only be issued after the returned item has been received and approved at the return address in China.

Once approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed and processing has started.

No refund request or chargeback may be initiated before the item has actually arrived and been received by the customer. If you have any issue with your order, please contact us first via info@adamclairelondon.com before opening a chargeback or refund claim.

9. Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information shows that the package was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • Providing an incorrect shipping address is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order via info@adamclairelondon.com.
